RFID Forklift Anti-Collision Warning System

The core role of RFID technology in forklift anti-collision warning system is to realize real-time personnel identification, distance monitoring, danger warning and automatic control, so as to effectively improve the safety of the working environment and reduce the incidence of accidents.

 2、Tag authorization and paste

The reader writer uses a USB cable to connect to the computer, reads out the tag data, binds the tag and the operator's information in the management software and issues the card authorization on the system.

Completion of the authorized tags attached to the corresponding operator, in view of the impact of human interference, it is recommended that each operator carries a number of tags in different locations on the body, so that it is easy to read from different directions.

3、Forklift anti-collision system

Installation of multi-channel reader writer on the forklift, the antenna is connected to the reader writer through the feeder, transmitting RFID signals in all directions to ensure that the forklift can be detected around the specified range of accurate reading to the operator on the ground on the tags, such as in the specified range of identification to the operator on the tags, forklift trucks on the alarm alarms to alert operators to stay away from forklift trucks.
