RFID weighbridge weighing management

The introduction of RFID technology in the weighing management of the weighbridge can effectively realize the automatic identification and recording of vehicles and goods, reduce manual intervention, improve the speed and efficiency of the weighbridge.RFID reader can automatically identify the tag related to the vehicle or cargo information, the system can be obtained in real time and record each vehicle and its weight through the weighbridge, to ensure that the data is accurate and error-free.

 2、Tag Authorization and Paste

The reader writer uses a USB cable to connect to the computer, reads out the tag data, binds the tag and the operator's information in the management software and issues the card authorization on the system.

Completion of the authorized tags attached to the corresponding operator, in view of the impact of human interference, it is recommended that each operator carries a number of tags in different locations on the body, so that it is easy to read from different directions.

3、Automatic gate opening control

Weighbridge in and out of the vehicle installed in our UHF Integrated Reader, it can be connected to the road gate through the relay interface, through the ground sensor triggered by reading the card to open the gate, and will be read by the tag through the network remotely sent to the server, there are 6 meters, 10 meters, 15 meters of different reading distance can be selected.

5、Applicable tags

There are three types of car tags to choose from, depending on where and how they are affixed: headlight tags, windshield tags, and UHF cards.

Lamp Tags G9304：Stick on the headlight to use, transparent waterproof material, anti-removal, tear off the tag damage, can not be reused.

Windshield tags G9305：Stick on the windshield of the car, with 3M strong adhesive, tamper-proof design, torn off and damaged

UHF card G9102：Optional transparent card holder, suction cups will be adsorbed to the card holder on the glass, the card is placed in the card holder, you can also give the card to the cardholder to keep the card, and then show it to the reader writer to read when you pass through the gate, the card can be detached and can be used for many times, and can be printed with customized sizes.
