Under the existing warehouse management ,

warehouse management system introduces RFID

technology to collect the data automately of various

operational aspects such as Arrival Inspection ,

Inbound , Outbound , Redeployment , transfer to

different location, Stock Inventory, etc.

Ensure the speed and accuracy of data input in all

aspects of warehouse management and to ensure

that the enterprise accurately and timely master of

the real data of the inventory, and to reasonably

maintain and control the enterprise's stock.

Can use UHF reader & writer to read the tag number, and match tag number with goods information in the software.

With USB interface can connect PC ，and use our demo software to read and write the card.

UHF fixed reader connect with UHF antenna and be installed on both sides or on

top of the entrance/exit.

When the goods with UHF tags through the entrance/exit, they will be identified

and the data will be sent to the warehouse management system.

Connect fixed reader & antenna through cable, standard length 3 meters.

The cable length can be customized according to the actual installation

requirements.

The fixed reader can communicate with the network port TCP/IP to upload the

data to the server.

The use of rfid technology to monitor the forklift trucks for goods

transfer can be roughly divided into two situations:   single tag

identification and multi-tag identification

single tag identification ：If the forklift transfers a board of goods at one

time, and only one tag need to be identified, can install UHF integrated

reader in the front of the forklift. When forklift forks the board with

goods, UHF integrated reader will read the tag and upload data to the

management system.

multi-tag identification：If the forklift transfers a board of goods at one

time and need identify multi-tags, use UHF fixed reader connect more

than two antenna. Install the antenna in the front of the forklift.When

forklift forks the board with goods, UHF fixed reader will read the tags

and upload the data to the management system by cmmuni cation

interface TCP/IP/POE/WIFI.

Our rfid tags commonly used UHF chips are U8, U9, H3, etc., roughly divided into 3 categories: paper tags, anti- metal tags, flexible anti-metal tags.

（1）If goods is non-metallic cartons, plastic boxes, etc., can use UHF paper labels.

ü UHF paper labels are available in different sizes and can be customized to special sizes.

ü The tag material is PP synthetic paper, if need PET, can also be customized.
